Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Yoga is an ancient system connecting the mind and body through movement. Listening to the messages your body gives you through different asanas (postures and movements) opens you to a higher awareness in your day.

No Guts No Glory Fridays: Combining all elements of fitness using med balls, free weights, TRX, stability disks, balance, and stretching while we catch up on world affairs and our lives. While having fun, we keep fit, educated, and well versed!
